Warranty Policy And Limitations
Bowie International, warrants, to the original owner, each new 'All Fiberglass Veterinary Mobile Clinic' to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of 12 MONTHS from date of delivery (as of May 1st, 2000) to the original owner. The unit must have been either:
- Installed in or on a truck at our plant.
or - Installed by original owner using an authorized Field Installation Kit, with no subsequent modifications to the unit, to keep this warranty valid.
If, upon inspection by our authorized representative, defects in workmanship or materials are found, they will be repaired at our plant at our expense, or by a Bowie Service Technician on a scheduled service trip at NO CHARGE to the customer.
All component parts not manufactured by Bowie International such as pumps, motors, thermostats, heat elements and refrigerators, shall be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Light bulbs and fuses that are burned out as the result of normal operation are excluded from any warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of Bowie International products.
